Doing the piece on Cunninlynguists got me to thinking about Goodie Mob and Outkast. TM has some inside info that master recordings of the legendary Jim Hendrix were recently purchased, and are up for some sampling and reworking by members of the ATL hip hop community. The potential producers named for the project include the likes of Cee-Lo, members of Outcast, Danger Mouse, and Goodie Mob.
